Anna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is trained in EMDR. Anna works with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Anna incorporates therapies such as DBT, CBT, and positive psychology. Anna is an inclusive therapist encouraging body positivity, sex positivity, and a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community.
Anna has had the opportunity to experience working with most age groups and diagnosis/life issues. She enjoys working with diverse populations and has experience working with clients from different cultures, clients from the LGBTQ+ community, and the military community. Anna is especially interested in helping young adults build self-esteem and work through life transitions.
Anna's overall approach to therapy is trauma-informed. She is trained in EMDR and is working on being certified. Anna believes in helping people find the good in their life, even if it can sometimes be hard to find. For Anna, helping others reach their goals so that their lives can be even better is incredibly fulfilling.
