CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
There is immense strength in vulnerability. It allows us to tap into a deeper understanding of ourselves and promote a sense of healing and wholeness. Allow me to join you in a journey of self-exploration, in which together we will compassionately and curiously examine the roots of your emotional struggles and work towards a sense of inner peace.
Many of us experience anxiety and depression, or feel trapped by our trauma. Perhaps you continue to find yourself in unhealthy relationships or stuck in negative life patterns. These emotions can be overwhelming and leaving us to feel hopeless, unsatisfied with life, or even broken.
As a team we will create a space where we can be curious together and discover the path to a higher quality of life. I will provide you with an experience of attunement by meeting you where you are at and responding in a way that best meets your needs, particularly in that very moment. It is important for me to really connect with you and be present with you. I believe no two people or sessions are the same. Through this intimate process I will help you learn to connect with your authentic self, the true you, free of emotional suffering.
As a certified EMDR therapist, I take an individualized approach to helping you cope, while seeking long term change and resolution by addressing the underlying origins of your distress.
My background includes working in diverse settings including outpatient mental health, hospitals, and residential facilities. I have experience treating trauma, depression and mood disorders, anger, anxiety, dissociation, personality disorders, life adjustments, interpersonal conflict, and disordered eating amongst much more.
Please feel free to contact me. I am happy to answer any questions. I look forward to connecting with you.
